My path into real estate was anything but typical. In the mid-2000s, while working in the library field, I started taking night classes at a local community college, mostly out of curiosity and a love of learning something new. A few classes in, I sat for the salesperson's license exam with no real plan to use it. But the more I learned, the more hooked I became. Around the same time, I bought my first home and joined Redfin.

Those years at Redfin gave me a deep appreciation for a tech-driven approach to real estate. I wanted a brokerage that shared that mindset while giving me the freedom to serve clients in the way I knew worked best.
